By downloading, installing, or using GRAIN ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
GRAIN grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for creating games and interactive experiences. The Software is based on Godot Engine, which is licensed under the MIT License.
GRAIN includes access to AI models (Claude, Gemini, and others) routed through our secure proxy. AI-generated content is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI outputs. You are responsible for reviewing and testing all AI-generated code and assets before use in production.
Certain features require a GRAIN account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at grain@divyansh.wtf.
Games, assets, and code you create with GRAIN are yours. We claim no ownership over your projects. The GRAIN name, logo, and proprietary AI integration layer remain our intellectual property.
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GRAIN and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Software.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
